Nov'Al currently ships to the United States and Canada only. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped out within 2 business days of being placed. However, busy times may occur which can extend this time to no more than 4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Return for Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping).
Please note: All sale items and permanent jewelry are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Nov'Al must be contacted within 14 days of the date your shipment is received to process a refund. Please email info@theoriginalnoval.com outlining your reason for return including your order number. Only unworn or unused regularly priced items may be refunded. Products that have been worn/used may not be refunded.
All returns must be sent back to Nov'Al in original/unused condition within 14 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under. Your credit card company may take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to be shown on your account.
Can I change/cancel my order after it's been placed?
We will do all we can to assist with your order. Please send an email to the Customer Service Team (info@theoriginalnoval.com) immediately after your order is placed if a change or cancellation is needed. If the order has already been shipped out, a cancellation will not be provided. In those instances, a refund will be processed once we receive the package back within 14 days of the date the customer received their shipment.
All permanent jewelry pieces have a Lifetime Warranty. If you need to have your jewelry removed for medical reasons/or in the event your jewelry comes off, please send an email to Nov'Al at info@theoriginalnoval.com, to schedule a time to have your jewelry welded back on. *Nov'Al has the right to cancel your warranty if you have been found negligent in caring for your permanent jewelry piece. Warranties will only be honored in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas where the services were rendered.
